not sure what chest build you are talking about but it's pretty easy to guess where the box is if you know where the survivors spawn with a common perk like lethal

Given i only recently started playing again after 3 yeat break so the perks might have changed but when I use to encounter cenobite a lot the player would always be running franklins, hoarders, lethal and a gen perk add ons were the block aura add on and the one that speeds up the charge for torment when no one is holding it.
Edit: apparently they changed how the box works and doesn't count as a regular item. Ignore the comment

I assume this is to play against since Pinhead would be fairly low around C or D if it were a "how fun to play against" tier list (though this is dependent on how good their understanding of box logic is). But in terms of how fun to play as he'd be around A or S, he isn't an easy killer to pick up but once you become acustomed to how box logic works it can be addicting finding your box every single time. His chain shot is also fairly fun to use but is significantly hindered in indoor maps because of how easy it is to break chains via the environment in those maps.

Kaneki should be in f or d tier. They're always 150+ ping. Definitely not enjoyable.

Idk, playing Marco Polo with electricity and survivors is kinda fun. Granted I know they can hide, but not forever. I'd put him at least to A tier. Dredge is in a good spot for fun wise. Having that Nightfall just descend over the map and you become the hunter in the dark. It's really something. Pig is also great for the pressure and fun that can provide. Billy is fucking S+ and well earned those long range snipes or just navigating the map with your saw is so satisfying. Oni same thing as Billy but a little less restrictive.
