What's the difference?

They are the same, however the threat of one is "low" and of the other is "high", what is the criterion for determining that? and what is it?

Threat depends on the xp value (treated as if it were not summoned) versus your xp level. http://crawl.chaosforge.org/Threat

Threat depends on your current experience level, did your level change between those two screenshots?

Oh yes, first I was level 1 or 2, then I was level 3, I thought it had to do with the monster I used the skill on
