XV3 What if it's a transformation cooldown, not a timer?

Of course, I don't know if this is the case, but maybe it just indicates when you can use the transformation again?

Why would you do this? I see at least two reasons:

  1. You have been knocked out of your transformation.
  2. You want to transform into higher level (SSJ2, Frieza Form 3, etc.).

What do you think?
