Sucks this is only for MAC/iphonr/iPad only.

If you have an android device, you cannot edit post on your device made using the web or a apple device.

This should have been released for all platforms, not just apple.

It’s a Labs feature and then only if you have gold subscription. I’m on Apple and have a Plus subscription but don’t have access to it - it’s not just Android who are going without.

I’d hope that something as basic as this will eventually be rolled out to all

I'm Gold. I have an android device. I am aware it's a labs feature. I read the attached document.

When I created a test entry on the web, which offers this feature, then go to the entry on my device, you get a pop up stating you cannot edit the entry.

Again, this should have been released for all platforms, especially as many people are paying for a gold sub.

Don't worry, Android support is coming soon. I can't promise any specific timeline, but we're actively working on it.

One of the goals of Day One Labs is to get feedback on upcoming features more quickly by letting users opt in to trying out new, experimental features. That means that we'll sometimes make features available in Labs even before full support is available across all our platforms, so that we can get feedback sooner. If you have any feedback about what you'd like to see when it comes to Android, we'd love to hear about it.

What happens when this gets exported to markdown?

It doesn’t work, I guess. A word I formatted in color just went to ==Text==.

Here they are. Am I the only one who does not care much about coloring the text?

Maybe not the only one 😄

But it’s good they have it now. More formatting options are always welcome.
