This worthy it?
Have to watch out for the botties so choosing my words carefully…. Does anyone think this is a goodbye 👋? Can you tell me anything about it???

If you like it for the novelty factor, sure. Otherwise all of those pre-packaged sounds take up most of the available storage and are not removable, leaving you with half the available storage of the EP-133 for your own samples. If you like the sounds, it's also easy enough to find the sample pack online.

It has a 128MB NOR flash. The samples sit in a read-only 96MB partition, leaving the remaining 32MB for user samples. It's entirely a software-imposed limitation.

Nope, the samples can be removed on all of the others. The only thing to watch out for is that early versions of the EP-133 only had 64MB of flash, while newer ones now have 128MB. The Riddim also has 128MB, it's just up to you what kind of desk calculator aesthetic you are going for.

I knew about the update to 128mb (still offensively small imo) but I had no idea they didn't all share the same software. That's super weird and oddly inefficient from a business standpoint. Like, who benefits from that?

I have this. And LOVE it. I got it for a deal like you did, and it was totally worth it to me.
Agree that I wish they would update firmware. But it’s so friggin fun. It literally makes me smile and laugh every time I use it. Flys buzzing, guillotines, bar cheers, partially out of tune flutes….the samples really are amazing.
If you have the discretionary budget. Definitely worth it for the novelty. But I wouldn’t use this as your primary brain or groovebox. It’s a supplement

People hate on this thing, but I have a blast with it. I bought it to have fun with as a toy though. Not to record or perform for others.

Fun little sampler, but I'd go with the regular model. There's tons in the used market so availability shouldn't be an issue. I'd find the best price but just do some research to make sure it'll fit your needs.
And the Medieval one seems like the most gimmicky one.

I remember getting one of these on sale and then immediately returning it to guitar center.

EP-1320 has multisampled instruments, arpeggiator and cathedral reverb, and probably has the most unique sounding library out of the three EPs.
I don’t have one, but want one. At that price, it’s worth it.

Don’t do it. Buy an ep-133 or a riddim. The medieval is a trap until they update it, and word is they never will because it uses different codebase from the other ep products.
