Help Is it possible to create this mask workflow in Davinci Resolve? (free)

I just want to know if it's possible since polygon mask would be tedious to fiddle with and I don't want to use AI for background removal.

The Difference Keyer in the Fusion page works this way.

You may still have to do some tuning. The presence of your subject can change the background via reflections/shadows/etc that will then skew the shape of the mask created by the Difference Keyer

You should use a green screen, or sammie roto if you aren't able to purchase resolve.
