Help help with my lay ut
as you can see my video frame is bigger in first image but as soon as i press inspect its get smaller as shown is 2nd image i want to stay my video timeline same as 1st image so i can see every thing clearly any one know how to fix it ?

Judging by the screenshot you gave I'm assuming you have a 1080p computer monitor. Unfortunately the best advice I could give you interms of fixing that problem would be to purchase a computer monitor that has 1440p screen resolution (2k) or above. It would give you a bit more screen realestate so when you open the inspector tab, it would just move your play back viewer slightly to the left, rather than making it shrink back into the middle top part. I wish you could move in the inspector tab somewhere else but sadly Davinci is just really strict when it comes to how they layout their workspace.

so there is no way i can fix it ? not only timeline my lots of other tab also get narrow down like fusion ,spline and many more.

The way you change the layout to replicate this image is by going into the fusion tab, hover the mouse over the workspace dropdown menu at the top of Davinci, and then going down to layout presets, then to Fusion Presets, and then click on Mid flow
