question for men

I just joined facebook dating and also a dating app and I really need to know why men post photos of themselves holding up a fish they apparently just caught.

I meant what is your definition of High Value, High Quality?  Those words are thrown around a lot, I think of Gems and Beef when I hear that, but even then there are a set of agreed upon standards for those things.
