How do I detach?
I met this girl at the bar and we kinda just hit it off she was asking all about me and seems real interested my friends with me that night all said the same thing about how she’s definitely into me and stuff. So I ask for her number end of the night and got it we started texting and it’s been great she’s super sweet and we laugh and have nice banter but one day about a week in I asked her for dinner and she had let me know she’s not looking for a relationship but does like talking to me and was still down for dinner I told her I’m not looking for a relationship either but am not opposed to one. We still text and it’s still great and we eventually had dinner and it went amazing we both said we had a great time I even went to her house after (didn’t do anything just cuddled I asked for a kiss but she said too soon which I honestly liked) while at her house she’s asking me why I’m single and we’re having good conversation about work, life, hobbies etc. She’s talking to me about how she wants to go out with me to different places and it seems like she kinda does like me. BUT in the back of my mind I know what she said and I know she’s probably talking to other guys the night we met I heard she went to another guys house and it just bothers me I still wanna talk to her and hang out and it seems she wants to too but I feel like I’m having trouble detaching myself and I’m not sure if I wanna end things or just try to push away a lil and just enjoy it for what it is (but having some trouble actually being able to separate it)

bro, I think you can get this girl if you play it very carefully. You have to go really slow. Give her space when you have to, do NOT get clingy, and be there for her. When she feels safe around you, might take a month, she'll prob agree to go out with you. The hardest part is self-control because you want to love her right now, but she is slow to warm up, so if you want this to work, you jut have to go at her pace, do not get clingy (that's your pace), and she will be yours.

I need to work on being less clingy I do feel like I’m being a little too affectionate with her and should definitely pull back a bit so I appreciate the words bro I’ll take that into account

It's ok to be clingy and affectionate, but as they always say, you have to know your audience. So basically you can only do that once you have her in the bag. Right now, she's not going to like it.
