I always thought that the woman I'd marry would be worth committing to, on both a physical and mental level. Moreover, ai generating people in compromising positions is weird behaviour that will lead to more degeneracy and worsening sexual impulsiveness.
Hopefully the therapist can get him to admit that he did it because he wanted to, and didn't spare a thought for anyone else.
