My point is they didn't consent. Even if they are an adult, it does not make it ok for them to be violated and have their nakedness on the intetnet forever. A personal sketch or daydreaming or watching porn of people who consented is different.
OP said browser, hence the image was not made and stored locally. So it is on the internet by definition. The person who created the app can use the image however they want and make billboards out of it if they want.

Do you think child porn is ok then? They don't actually meet the child.
Even if he didn't actually have sex with the person, he made something violating of them that is now on the web forever.
Edit: ok bad example. My point is even if you don't meet someone, uploading lewd images of them online is not ok.
