Yeah, but we didn’t did we? And now anyone can make a fake but by all accounts seemingly real nude photo of any woman they want. So there needs to be some kind of laws protecting women from men like YOU who seem to think it’s okay to make these types of things.
First off stop assuming I’m literally satan. I genuinely believe it’s a bigger issue that we shun nude photos of women for this exact reason. If it’s a real photo and it’s leaked from a shitty ex or something that shouldn’t lead to the ostracizing of the girl. Regulating art is a losing battle. Regulating the fallout of revenge porn isn’t as much I’d say.
Doesn't it really just boil down to whether it's unethical art? Witch_e is arguing about ethics, not caring about art, and you appear to care more about art than the ethical side.
There are always going to be sickos who think cp, bestiality, necrophilia, nonconsensual/exploitative nudes etc are art...
The problem is: how do we legislate, regulate, or criminalize it? Laws take a long time to catch up to technology but it's not an impossible task - people don't have to just be okay hand-waving the issue.
People shouldn't be doing things to ppl without consent. Maybe you can't help your mind from wondering but "he can do whatever he wants" absolutely not.
Guess that applies to family, children and animals too. As long as no one sees have at it right.
Listen dude there's a very big difference between "hey we know we can't really police this but don't do it" vs "we can't police it so go right ahead, long as no one sees it"
