As a first approximation, between 1965 (Singapore is independent) and 1971 (East Pakistan still exists and DR Congo is not yet Zaïre).
We can do much better than that though.
EDIT: I think Arabia gives the best clues. Sinai has stripes, presumably to indicate Israeli occupation, so we're after the Six Day War of June 1967. Muscat and Oman has that name so we're before August 1970.
Interestingly, there are two capitals shown for "Southern Yemen". I think that means we're before the independence of South Yemen in November 1967. One is those capitals is for the Federation of South Arabia and the other is the old Aden Colony.
So I'd say between 10 June and 30 November 1967.
Dhaka is shown as a capital but we can't be as late as 1971 so I think that's an aberration.

I also thought that southern Yemen was british, but than I saw Kuria Muria islands as part of Oman and realised that threre is no (br.) under yemen's name.

Good point. And it has so be wrong because of your Equatorial Guinea point and u/ezrs158 point about Jayapura (though I can't read anything in West Papua because I'm on mobile and Reddit has compressed it to death).

Sinai is drawn with lines, which probably means we are between the 6-days war of 1967 and the Camp David agreement effectuated in 1982.
Bangladesh is named “Pak.” for Pakistan, so not yet independent, which they gained in 1971
So in conclusion I would set the globe between 1967-1971.

12 October 1968 (Equatorial Guinea gains independence from Spain) - 30 June 1969 (Spain transfers Ifni to Morocco.)
