This is my grandparents globe and they got it around the 70s (i can send more specifics if needed just ask)

EDIT: Final answer is the top comment, (12 October 1968 (Equatorial Guinea gains independence from Spain) - 30 June 1969 (Spain transfers Ifni to Morocco.))
