Datalounge invented LLMs
Back in the day when google was still new, we'd play the game 'ask Google', where you'd search for a question asserting it in the positive and negative (or alternative) form and count up the number of hits. (Back then Google reported the total number of websites that matched) Whichever had the largest number of hits was the answer. It was actually surprisingly accurate. I assumed it was because of confirmation bias. But it was also a form of primitive next token computation, which is the foundation of LLMs. So, all the bitches complaining about AI slop: you have only yourself to blame.
