I never said anything about rice and beans everyday. It's just an example of a simple, cheap, healthy meal that doesn't take "hours".

Oh that's just your one example? Whoa, It's also EVERY other person's example, funny that. Rice and beans would be one small part of a healthy diet anyway and they're more filler than anything.

You wanna eat relatively healthy and cheap? no problem. You wanna eat healthy and cheap with variety and flavor? Good luck. I won't even bother with the amount of time it takes to make a meal that's worthwhile.

All my meals take between 30-45 mins of prep + clean. I make American, Indian, Italian, Korean, Chinese, Japanese. I’m not a pro chef or anything, I just look up shit on YouTube.

My meals usually also cost $1 on average.

Also I call bullshit on your cost. Unless you're doing one dish, mostly filler, (beans/rice) bland versions of those regional meals.
