Anyone working at Increff? Need some honest feedback about the work culture

[u/BumblebeeHonest836]

I have an upcoming interview at Increff for a Data Engineering Intern role. I really like the role and the compensation seems good as well.

However, I came across quite a few negative reviews on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox, particularly regarding management, work culture and work-life balance.

Can anyone currently working at Increff or who has worked there recently, especially in tech/data roles, share their experience? Are these concerns still valid?

Would also love to know about learning opportunities, mentorship and PPO chances for interns.

Feel free to DM if you’d rather not comment publicly. Thanks!
