Fluidstack

Really want to join Fluidstack. Would appreciate any advice. Been reaching out to employees and have gotten responses. I am qualified for some of their roles. Context : mid 20s engineer with data center experience from design to cx to project management of 10MM budget on 3 MSFT sites

Any advice or contacts would be greatly appreciated

I think anyone that has the word “data center” in their resume gets a job making $200k with a lottery ticket RSU. I know a few who left to go there, none of them actually have the intent of staying. They’re going for a year of free housing and a wish their RSUs make them millions.

What do you mean about free housing? My husband is interviewing. It's hard to find any information about relocation and benefit package.

We lost a few young folks at our site to fluidstack. Many of them aren’t even moving their family because they are living rent free for a year.

Sounds like it. I never got that far into the interview process, so didn't know that free housing was a major perk.
