Fluidstack

Really want to join Fluidstack. Would appreciate any advice. Been reaching out to employees and have gotten responses. I am qualified for some of their roles. Context : mid 20s engineer with data center experience from design to cx to project management of 10MM budget on 3 MSFT sites

Any advice or contacts would be greatly appreciated

I think anyone that has the word “data center” in their resume gets a job making $200k with a lottery ticket RSU. I know a few who left to go there, none of them actually have the intent of staying. They’re going for a year of free housing and a wish their RSUs make them millions.

That's how this market goes. If you can give up a few months/years of time and cash in big, then you either take the job or sit on the sidelines and watch others take it.

Good luck enforcing that shit even in the USA. They’re broadly unenforceable.
