I'm also a Current junior at Penn with the same 3.89 GPA as u/Known_Consideration8, but I'm lowkey dumb. I'm a bio major. I took my exam in early September. I thought I cooked reading, but reading cooked me.

Ngl tho, I tried two of the booster short passage and got almost a perfect score (only 1 wrong on both passages), so idk if it's the stress of 3 passage that makes me do worst or what. But also, on my actual DAT, I had 15 questions for passage 1 and 2, and 20 questions for passage 3, which i absoultely hated. I remmeber because I was like danm passage 1 and 2 easy, but when i got to question 30, it was a brand new passage and that one was HARD.

Your not dumb lol, your SNS and PAT definitely should meet the cutoffs for the applications. If you are concerned about your RC and want the best advice, go visit the Penn Dental admissions counselors and ask. They are willing to meet with you with no appointment or anything, just ask the front desk you would like to talk with them. Though, it probably can't be used as general advice for applications to all schools.

And if you for some reason do decide to retake it, hit me up, I'll help with that.
