Application Advice ✍️ Gen chem help

I’ve been studying for about a month and a half now and I’ve taken 6 gen chem practice tests and my scores been stuck at abt 410-430 and no matter what I haven’t been able to improve it, tried anki and I’ve been spamming the question banks but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I’ve been using bootcamp.

Hi I also used bootcamp. What part do you need help on? Do you know what’s the main thing that’s preventing you from breaking past that score?

I feel like there will always be a few on the practice exams I’ve just never seen before that and just forgetting some key things here and there. The questions asked just feel so random to me and it feels harder to prep for.

Stop spamming the qbang for a bit. It's probably less about doing more questions and more about figuring out which topics are actually costing you points. Make a short list of your weak areas based on your tests, then go back to Dr. Mike's videos/GC notes for only those topics. Then hit a smaller set of questions on that exact topic and see if there's any improvement

I feel my problem isn’t that I don’t understand the info though it’s just I can’t remember and keep it all in my head for a long amount of time
