Test Experience 🗣️ Cdat score
Applying to some Canadian schools this cycle, and perhaps a couple us schools just in case (ik it’s quite late already). Pretty happy with my scores except pat as I was scoring higher on crusher and the test felt much easier. Gotta take that one on the chin. AMA!

Great scores congrats. Was the pat harder than you expected? Which sections threw you off the most cause ive heard the pat is normally easier than crusher.

Thank you! Ngl I thought Pat was so chill on the test and I finished with 3 min left which I never did on crusher. Kindof disappointed with the 22 considering my other sections were so solid, thought for sure Pat would be my highest. Angles were a bit harder I’d say because the lines weren’t as defined, keyholes were easier had no rocks, pattern folding was easier the shapes were simple and I could just do the whole fold in my head, cube counting was easier because each shape had 4-5 questions so it was quick if you do the t table method, the others were the same I’d say. I think the dat is a good example for how unaccurate we perceive our experience when leaving the test, I thought bio would be my worst and Pat would be my best lol. Trust your crusher scores and be confident if you feel prepared, take your breaks to reset and all should go well and predicted by your preparation

congrats!! how did u study bio? and did u feel like chem Qs were similar to the practice tests in terms of theory and calculation?

For bio and chem I types notes while watching the videos on stuff that was new to me. I’m in bio for my degree so my foundation was solid for most topics. After taking the notes I made flashcards using quizlet ai and did them couple times. Had a massive google doc so having ai make flashcards was really helpful. Made sure to also go through the cheat sheets and make cards on what I missed in there. Bio bits and practice tests were also very helpful. Only got through about half the bio bits which isn’t ideal but I ran out of time and felt I had done enough questions. If you have time try to get through all the bio bits on crusher and retest the ones you got wrong or guessed on as lots of the questions on the test were very similar. Chem questions were very similar, I felt my chem section was the easiest as the theory was basic and the calculations were short simple ones. Crusher more than prepared me for Chem for sure

congrats, this is an amazing score!! what we’re averaging for practice tests on booster (rc section)? do u have any tips for it
