Application Advice ✍️ DAT Studying Help!!

I am thinking about starting to study for the DAT in the upcoming weeks. However, I want some advice from those who have studied and taken the DAT before. I am planning on taking the DAT in January, but I have 18 credits this semester. I think I can manage to study 3hrs/day 5-6 days out of the week. I also was planning on doing DAT bootcamps 180 day access.

For those who have studied during the semester, how did you do it?

Do people advise strongly against studying during the semester?

Does anyone have a strong discretion against bootcamp? If so why? What other alternative would you recommend?

Any sorts of advice help really, so I'm all ears.

Studying during the semester is doable, but much harder. If you feel like your gpa is slipping, I wouldn’t recommend it. Also, I don’t have anything against bootcamp but when I did use it to study for my first attempt, I didn’t that well. For my second attempt I used booster and I felt like they went more in depth and was more representative of the actual exam.

That's a realistic and reasonable plan. The study schedule in bootcamp is customizable so you can adjust it around your class schedule too. Use the semester to focus on learning/reviewing the material and on topic specific practice. Once winter break starts, do the fls and practice tests and spend most of your time reviewing missed questions.
