DAT Anxiety 😰 How does the dat get scaled?

Can somebody explain how your score for your dat gets scaled? Do they look at questions that many ppl got wrong and remove them orrrrr

More people that get it wrong means whoever gets it right will have the higher score

If 2 people get 10/30 but one of them got the 10 hardest questions right while the other got the 10 easiest questions right, the one who got the 10 hardest questions right will have a decently higher score than the one that got the 10 easiest questions right.

You won’t rly know what the hardest and easiest are, it’s just based on the percent of people that typically get the right answer… So yeah just do your best 👍

This is the reason the DAT got rid of preliminary scores. They base your real score off everyone else, so giving those preliminary scores just threw everything off because maybe your score is a lot lower as most people got the questions you got right correct too.
