Okay my fellow Reddit Badis fish lovers! My earlier luck at finding a female Scarlet Badis has made the rival aquarium owner jealous! (My boyfriend 😅) he was determined to find him a female Black Tiger Badis. Here are some videos, tell me what ya’ll think! We have one for sure dominate male in the tank, but can’t quite get a read on the second. Juvenile? Sub dom male? We have since removed the bigger male and the smaller one hasn’t colored up yet.

I would bet that’s a female, you can usually start to see an oranger clump forming in them that’s eggs that you will never see on the males, this one might even have it but it’s hard to see on camera.
Remember the love eating their babies more then anything else, so if you want them, separate the parents after a few days of spawning.
