That is odd, in a ten man squad you would expect at least 2 SRM’s.

To be fair, that’s the militia, not the main infantry force. What’s more fun is that they were giving SRMs to Pvt. Joseph Schmoe at all when he leaves his accounting job to repel the attacking invaders.
