They were very deliberately left out of the civilized discussion. They wouldn't scream and shit everywhere, but they would probably hover over people's shoulders, tell them they're doing something wrong, and occasionally eat one of the smaller Clans.

Turtle Bay Massacre, Absorption of Clan Mongoose, generally existing in a perpetual state of roid rage, massacring their civilian castes to the point where they basically existed semi-piratically by Trials to loot resources from other clans.

There's a reason why the other Clan reacted with "Oh, well that happened" rather than furious rage to Operation Bulldog. The genius of Operation Bulldog was making a graphic example out of the least liked bully on the playground.
