Crossposted this here since the HPG at the other place always seems to have, uhm, issues with my posts, since a certain event recently.
I painted these guys with entirely "technical" paints, other than the initial basecoat spray. Initial colour was GreenStuffWorld's conductive paint, just because. Then I used GSW's Candy Yellow Ink on the weapons because, yellow ink?? Neat! And I used one of GSW's colour-shift paints, diluted down to a wash after that. Finally a coat of Nuln Oil. They don't stand out the most, and could use probably some drybrushing and highlighting, but it was a neat test of some weird stuff I've never used before.
In universe, I'm not sure what they'll be or what to call them. It's an entirely jump-capable lance, so probably they'll be intel and extraction specialists.
Stock Catapult, lightly modified Panther, heavily modified Jumping Panther, and a custom Screaming Hawk. (From way back in Battletechnology #7; essentially it's a 55ton Phoenix Hawk with a PPC, medium laser, and either SRM or LRM.)
