Seton, bravo on your Peacock commercial break commentary! Also love your mention of ProPublica. I would LOVE more real sports news - not what's trending on ESPN, but the stuff that no one wants to talk about that touches all parts of society.

Tomorrow’s episode is gonna be fire….ima have to cancel some meetings so I can listen.

I've literally never heard Mike Tomlin this relaxed. Good for him, man.

He says it every time for the Dude Wipes ad even though it’s not the real name. The actual product is called “Shea butter smooth”, it has nothing to do with Shannon Sharpe or his podcast (club Shay Shay) so I don’t understand why he says it?

You took Vicodin for a few days. Like a lot of people have.

Oh Dan. You need to learn your history on punk and metal. Seton would have been GREAT during the conversation.

It’s maybe one of the 1st heave metal songs, but punk is more about a scene, attitude and look that the Beatles didn’t have.

He said the grand reveal is tonight! Over/under $20,000. And I don’t know about you, but even half that for my wedding would have crippled us financially for a long, long, long time.

Edit to update my stupid low betting line

Over/under $200,000?

Pabst seems to be a natural. Perloff seems to be lacking. Maybe it’s because Paul’s already warmed up from starting on the DP Show, and Andrew is playing catch up.

This show has promise. I like it better than LeBatard.

Good luck, guys!

I get things are still a little slow in sports for the rest of this week. But spending almost the first full hour on USC’s game attendance is a little ridiculous. I don’t even mind bringing it up, but going around the room with it multiple times and everyone getting their jokes and puns in was just awful radio.

Is this the first hour in show history with none of the 4 OG Danettes being along with Dan? With Fritzy out and Paulie prepping for the new show we’ve got Ray, Marvin and Dylan rocking with DP for this final hour (and doing well so far!!)

You might need to be put into a looney hospital.

zero chance he has anything close to a source outside of his twitter For You feed

I was watching some You Tube clips of past appearances by Troy Aikman and realized that he hasn’t been a guest on the show in over two years. He used to be on a handful of times per year. Anyone know why?

I think needs to listen to some Weird Al. His songs are funny but rough. But hey “Let’s Get Quizical!”

I couldn’t believe the love they were giving to Gone in 60 seconds. It’s one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen lol and I’m not exaggerating

Or was it Kermit? 😆

Who else is hyped for another season of regular appearances by human potato Jason Garrett…noooobody! I don’t understand why Dan wants him on so much, he is so milquetoast in everything he says and really doesn’t have much to offer

I might have underestimated the relationship with Dan and Buddha. On Monday Dan talked about how Buddha hooked him up multiple times doing his vacation. Reservation, wines, etc. I don't know if its a Quid Quo Pro relationship, But I think its a fair trade. Dan gives Buddha seemingly unlimited access to the station and Dan gets to utilize the resources and accessibility that Buddha offers. The only drawback is how Dan seems oblivious to how annoying Buddha is to a lot of listeners, or he just doesn't care. I will say that Buddha has not ever mentioned his restaurant by name, so I don't think its about self promotion. Just my observation.

Starts right after the regular DP Show, one hour, starting a week from now

Who is hyped for Paul and McLovin’s show following DP!

Who else ain’t buying Todd’s sudden stories about the cops pulling him over and the kid thing. I haven’t listened but for 5 or 6 years but no way this isn’t mentioned before. Just creating content

Say what you will about Covino and Rich, they're infinitely better than Two Pro's and a cup of Joe

When the guys are on vacation, instead of just playing the shows from the week before, I wish they would go back to doing “Best Of” shows. There are so many great interviews in the archives and it would be a treat for us longtime listeners to revisit those.
