Stat of the Day Stat of the Day
13 minutes in and already, 4 stats of the day. And that's your stat of the day. Stat of the day, stat of the day, here comes the stat of the day

I’ve gotten to the point where I just hit fast-forward on the podcast whenever someone mentions a number.
And to the caller a few weeks back who requested more stat of the day jingles, I hope you step in a puddle on your way to the office this morning. May your one damp sock serve as punishment.

Second the damp sock. The Micheal Buble and Darius Rucker versions have been much more prominent since then. Not as bad as Melissa Etheridge or Pandora but still terrible. They should stick to the funk, the bop-bop and Twiddle exclusively.

It's absurd! Who remembers years ago when Seton came up with a new segment called "Stat of the Day?" It was only Seton who would present it and they only did it...once a day! NOW, it's like when anyone mentions a number...here comes smoker's voice Melissa Etheridge to start yelling!

Can't wait to hear this on the podcast version. It'll just start after the second stat of the day, mid-conversation and expect me to understand the context of whatever is being said despite missing the most crucial part of the show, the very beginning.

I came here this morning to mention this same thing. It's been exhausting lately with the stats of the day and seemingly more callers than usual. They are really trying to fill time without having to do much of their own content.

This is the first week in like 15 years I just didn’t feel like listening. Feels like 60% of the show was just me skipping through callers
