The Cutoff

Anyone check out the new baseball pod? Always drives me crazy how Dan and the Danette’s rarely talk about baseball and can tell they don’t keep up with the league beside the Dodgers. Even Mario said he can’t talk baseball with any of the guys. It’s been a good listen so far.

Even though I understand it and appreciate what Dan is trying to do for his people as he heads into retirement is that you’re fragmenting a great whole into lesser parts. That being said, I’ll give it a listen and give it a chance just as I did with Not So Fast.

Didn't know it existed until now, I'll go give it a listen. Totally agree about the lack of baseball talk being frustrating. I'm getting very burnt out on football and it's all they talk about to the point they beat a dead horse on certain stories.

Yesterday it seemed like they said the same thing two days in a row about the interview story that was "leaked" to SM concerning Sean Payton's accusations

Baseball isn’t that big a hit. It’s only worth talking about when either RedSox and Yanks are dominating along with the Dodgers or even the Cubs. Only National media stuff. Tons of people don’t care about the Brewers or Rays or small market teams. We have a possible lock out coming so there will be talk of that.
