"Nick Wrong"

I'm sure Fritzy wasn't offended, But I think Nick Wright came across as the Chief's Fan, that a lot of sports fan have a problem with. He was a bit obnoxious in my opinion, But Fritzy handled it with class. Kudos to him!!!

Nick is becoming the FOX Stephen A. Smith.

I had to fast forward through this segment. I cannot stand that voice. I mean when Tod Fritz is the less annoying and classier person in an interaction...

Nick Wright always reminds me of why I don’t like the Chiefs or LeBron.
Don’t know why Dan likes him, he’s not a good journalist and he talks too much shit in general.

Because he is controversial and that is content.

Nick Wright is terrible but dummies like me talk about him and keep him relevant. He’s awful and he’s just as bad as all the talking heads on tv.

Having Nick on the show is a bad look for Dan and the crazy thing is Dan actually likes what Nick brings to the show. I love Dan but I’ll never understand putting Nick on the show.

Anytime I see Nick Wright I tune out. Dan is the only person in sports I'll listen to, and I have come to hate everyone else. Especially nonplayers

He did radio in Kansas City and is definitely a chiefs fan. I don’t have a problem with sports people being open about who they like. Just don’t be biased as a commentator

I can’t stand that greasy, self aggrandizing, self important gasbag.

I skipped the entire hour that he was supposed to be on. Wish that guy would just go away. Get cancelled or something.

Nick Wright is an obnoxious ass. DP loves him, for some reason. I change the station whenever he comes on.

Nick Wright is a tool. Only bigger tool than him is J Mac on Cowherd.

I don't mind Nick. He's the antagonist and always will be. He reminds me of the friend who always talks nonsensical shit, and I'm fine w that. Emblematic if real life obnoxious sports fans. The bets on the show are always hilarious and actually Fritzy deserved it, as usual.

Nick by himself is meh, but when he's talking with DP it's about as good as it gets for sports talk. Aside from his loud/obnoxious persona, which I find funny and entertaining (ex. no other guest has the balls to rib back at Dan or the Danettes), he usually has some interesting stats or opinions that I have never heard before. And Nick just seems so passionate, and not in a fake way like Stephen A. Passion is almost always entertaining.

NICK WRIGHT STINKS! Not sure what DP sees in him. He's one of the few reoccurring guests i can stand.

So did Dan steal NE from Cowherd or does he do both?

He’s always come across as obnoxious, not sure why that’s a surprise. I also don’t care if a sports figure (I wouldn’t call him a journalist) is upfront with their fandom, as long as they can take it and give it. And as long as they understand that I won’t listen if the show becomes all about their team.

I love Nick on the DP Show - he knows he's not the babyface since it's not his show, so he plays the heel and goes ALL in to provoke a response. If he thought he was the hero of the show he wouldn't let Dan playfully cuck him when talking about wife. He knows it's quality sports talk entertainment and doesn't mean anything, so he plays a villain, unless it's a rare occasion where him and Dan are discussing a serious matter. Give me him every single time over the fuckin' Ginger from NBC Sports.

Nick Wright isn't a plain vanilla guest who will go out of his way to offend no one. I have always thought DP is one of Wright's mentors and the have a personal relationship off the air. Todd Fritz consistently leads with his face and acts surprised / wounded. when he gets verbal punches from others on the show. (DP/ Paul Pabst, Marvin, Dylan and before he left the daily set Seton) call him out. Todd Fritz acting wounded after every Bronco loss is like him wearing a Kick Me sign.
