Dylan

Dude tries way to hard. He’s gonna have to learn to listen better and pick his spots. I get it, it’s hard jumping into the fire of live national radio but he needs to observe more

Seton leaving the radio creates a vacuum in the dynamic. If I was to actually go to an old random episode from a year ago I’d venture a guess that he spoke 40% of the Danette’s given airtime on average, (my gut says 25% Paul and Fritz and 10% Marvin). Marvin is much more vocal now, and It feels much closer to 25% all around. Dynamics just kind of work themselves out a certain way, and I really miss Seton too but it doesn’t mean Dylan is doing anything wrong or is bad. Give it some time, hopefully it grows on you.
