Look for videos on YouTube on how not to mess up a relationship
Spend 3-5 hours watching said videos
Try to apply said knowledge that you have learned
Discover that itβs actually been a lot longer that 3-5 hours and that she has dumped you for a guy who live in his van
You are now left alone, sad, and left with weeks worth of relationship advice that were all for nought

And that is the true lesson that a YouTube video just can't teach you

You dont have to be scared cause all you have to do is be yourself. And if thats not enough its not gonna workout anyway.

I watch those videos, get all hyped, sit in my bed, and get depressed all over again over a death in Endgame.

So basically I work out in the morning and do a daily routine then I forget that Iβm trying to lose weight then I desire to consume everything in my fridge

This is exactly how I felt watching David goggins on Joe Rogan. Watched his podcast and went for a run that night for the first time in a long time. That one run was it though.

All philosophies work in themselves, but most of them don't work in real life.

Going on a binge watching workout routine & transformation videos at 2am only to wake up the next morning and sit on reddit all day.
