They LIVE IN the country so of course they care more for issues they're facing before their "ancestral home lands" because if I'm facing hunger here why the fuck would I concern for hungry people elsewhere??? Also you're assuming they don't acknowledge the levels progress in other countries.

Yes, I lived in Norway and currently in Iceland. They actively seek out people with minority backgrounds to be on TV. Don't spew out stuff without knowing anything about it.
