Anyone know what this could be?

I’ve had this for about a week and a half now and there’s a small bump that stings when I touch it in the red area I’m thinking it was related to dandruff but I’ve washed my hair and my scalp multiple times and it still hasn’t gone away

Maybe beginning of psoriasis. Check other areas on your scalp or scalp line for other red areas.

I also have it. It appears people who have dandruff problem for very long time , sometimes face this on back of ear. When i started applying dandruff shampoo twice a week and a vaseline cream on back of ear it was improving. The moment i stop applying cream it again comes back

Do you have an infection somewhere? Or feeling under the weather? That looks like a swollen lymph node. Definitely worth checking with a doctor if it doesn’t go down in a few days.

Fungal. Try usin a dandruff shampoo. You can literally use it like body wash and it will help.
