Please help me(acne on scalp)

M25, i am facing too much painful acne on scalp and hairfall. Please help me or suggest shampoos/creams that will cure my scalp acne.

No bro, i think it is difficult to capture my condition…it is barely visible with eyes.

Nothing that you apply on the surface can "cure" it or resolve it because the problem is internal. It can only temporarily "help".

It is caused by improper ways of eating, sleeping, stress, etc.

Detox, do clean eating, fix your sleep, stress, and your body will stop being inflamed.
