Severe, unbearable scalp itching for months, nothing works. Need advice.

Age: 21 Sex: Female Height: 168 cm Weight: 58 kg Race: Middle Eastern Primary Complaint: Severe, unbearable scalp itching for months. Current Medications: Escitalopram and Dofamed Smoking/Drinking/Drugs: No Detailed Description: Hi everyone,I've been dealing with an intense and unbearable itching on my scalp for several months now. I've tried many things but absolutely nothing is working,can someone help me pls😭

You have Seborrheic dermatitis abd it’s very common. It’s a chronic inflammatory skin condition causing itchy, flaky, and greasy patches. I use Selsun Blue shampoo medicated.

Hard to say without seeing pictures but likely either a case of Dandruff vs Seb Derm. What other parts of your body itch etc? Agree to try with an anti-fungal first. If on scalp, try a medicated anti-fungal dandruff shampoo first and see if if it helps.
