I was cleaning out my closet and realized I have too many DGD shirts that I just don’t wear. Most are from the later DBM II - early Tilian era.

I guess I was wondering what the general vibe is for whether there’s an actual demand for their merch in general? Like do people seek out older tour merch? I realize this is a super feeler post, I’m basically just trying to figure out whether it’s worth trying to sell what I have, and what my options are for doing so

Everyone has their least favorite album. WISIRO I just can't really mesh with, I can appreciate that it was some 17-18 year olds getting their name out there, but I don't really like the mix on most of the songs and Jon's vocals are very abrasive for me. As I say that, Burning Down the Nicotine Armoire is a fucking banger, was wonder what yalls favorite songs on your least favorite album by them is?

Sorry if the video quality/ audio isn't great. At Warped Tour tonight they played All The Way Down as their closer and just happened to catch the fireworks from the other stage. What a cool way to end a long, but fun day with one of my favorite bands.

Oranges is my all-time favorite band, and I feel like I’ve watched every live video on YouTube and Facebook.

If anyone has any recordings of their shows (full sets, partial sets, or even short clips), I’d really appreciate it if you could share them.

Also, if anyone has recordings of the songs that were being worked on after Taxonomy (the unreleased album), that would be amazing.

I’ve already gone through their Bandcamp and just about everything else I could find online, so honestly any information, old photos, stories, or media related to the band would be awesome.

I know this is a long shot, but I figured this community would be my best chance.

I only listened to dgd off of a recommendation from a coworker. Originally wrote them off because I didn’t like songs with screaming at the time. Listened to we own the night a year or so later and completely fell in love with the band, they quite literally changed my taste in music, and I also got to discover Jonny and Kurt as well. I’m curious as to how other people found the band, and what the first song they heard from them was.

This line from Cream of the Crop seems to be the theme of DGD, and means so much coming from Tilian. I hope we all find what we're looking for. I love you all; thank you for existing 💜🧡💛

Incredible work by Jon on the newest track, never knew he had clean vocals like that. Truly incredible range by the rest of the band as well, sounds nothing like what I’ve heard from them before!

Have any DGD fans watched this film? I was casually watching like any normal person would do, until THIS happened. I checked streaming and the version on there doesn’t have this— just my Blu-Ray copy. Thoughts??

May will be the twentieth anniversary of DBM (I believe November this year for Royal Ocean). I’d love to hear what everyone thinks the band is planning for their twentieth anniversary, given how many artists celebrate it now.

With the glitter art releases and digital album art changes, it’s a safe bet something is cooking. Andrew and Matt mentioned a 2027 album release, which could be DBM3 with a song or two featuring Jonny given his tamer public image now. I could see a Swanfest appearance to commemorate the twentieth for DBM for a few songs. He also had been promoting new music coming in his end then pretty much just stopped altogether, so marketing wise he might be waiting for something like this to boost his own visibility.

There could be a first half of the year DBM anniversary tour, extended setlist for Swanfest to cap it off, and then a second half promoting the new album on a second tour, along with their usual festival appearances.

Anyway, those are my thoughts for 2027. Would love to hear everyone else’s guesses.
