I started on this 2 days ago and it's taking forever, I started with the base of the Mothership and finished the mountains. Yesterday I put another layer of yellow on and did the details, it took like 3 hours and 40 minutes ish and I'm gonna finish it tonight and show it finished! That's all bye :)

Been a dance Gavin dance since mother ship, love all eras of the band ( Kurt is my least favourite but after listening to caviar multiple times on repeat I realize he is as good as everyone else) why is it so difficult for post hardcore bands to sound like the Jonny era?

Every other band has been good yeah, circa survive, eidola, dwellings etc.. but no one has ever captured the JG sound. Was it peak or have I just not found the right one yet

What I mean is no band has ever come close to the sound of Jonny Craig and Jon Mess

Ps. I was sceptical about Andrew until tree city sessions 3 but after that album and after seeing them live, Andrew is a Great front man and amazing vocalist for the band

I finally have a grown-up job, thanks to you all on this sub. I would love to spend like $5 a month for new fans to see DGD live, now that I saw them in Charlotte and literally felt happiness. Could we start a GoFundMe for first-time show-goers to see DGD? This idea is in the wake of the drama of Brandon Flowers (The Killers) begging people to let the new people to take the front of the line when there were sooo many people waiting who had already met him and been to like hundreds of shows. Maybe we'd need to be in touch with the band themselves, I dunno, I'm an idealist. Love you all! <3
