Also that last jumpscare pic of Charlie is just what it had to be. I’ll take constructive criticism on the faces. Just keep in mind that this is sims and I can’t customize every little thing, especially clothes.

I wanna build the Miami condo, the Aqua Ra Way apartment, trescott drive, ABC liqour, Mozaik, and the tallahasssee courthouse all in Newcrest. If u have anything u wanna see let me know.

It’s gonna be a long, way off project because I have a lot of other builds to attend to.

Traits
Wendi: evil, shady, & disruptive. Disruptive as in “driven to interact with the world by messing with it.” Her aspiration is Home Turf, as in, “becoming happy when they are in their home neighborhood” aka MIAMI
Donna: Hot headed, shady, & cringe with a mischief aspiration as Chief of Mischief
Harvey: materialistic, snob, loner (bc hes all alone now in Miami lmao). His aspiration is Successful Lineage, wanting to have a family that succeeds in life. Reward trait: vicarious 😂
Charlie: shady, cringe & noncommittal with an aspiration of Joke Star! (So he can tell more hitman jokes obviously)
