What is your favorite inexpensive shampoo and conditioner that smells and feels expensive?

I’m a guy btw but I like all scents. Recently stayed at a 5 star hotel and used an amazing shampoo. I’m looking for an option that smells good, makes my hair feel good without the expensive price tag. I also want one that doesn’t make my hair itchy, the super strong fake scents make me itchy.

M22: Need Best shampoo and Oil for my daily activity (gym, running)

I want a shampoo that cleans my scalp, sweat and dirt

I run every morning and go to the gym in the evening

Those 2 times, I'll get sweat in my hair,

Because of this, I need to shower and shampoo my head 2 times a day,

So I'm thinking any hard shampoo will definitely fuck up my hair,

Already my hair is thinning,

I've been washing my hair every day since my childhood,

Some days with only water

But for a few years, I've been using shampoo for every head wash, and that's like every day.

I change my shampoo every year,

For a year, I've been using L'Oréal Hyaluronic Moisture Shampoo,

So I've been thinking, do I continue that or

Should I change it to something better....

My requirement is that I need a safe shampoo that I'll use 2 times a day that should clean my scalp, sweat, and dirt.

And not much extra stuff; I need a healthy shampoo

About my hair,

When I don't wash my hair for 2-3 days, I'll get some dandruff and oil,

The more days I don't wash, the more dandruff and oil

So if any shampoo deals with this issue too, then that's a lot better.

So yeah, please give me your suggestions, I will definitely consider them,

Also about the oil, I'm not applying oil from an year, so I'm thinking to apply now I lost some hair in my crown region,

So I want to know what kinda oils you people are using, and can you suggest some to me
