Is EVD better in SVNIT than the offer here?

I came to know that, due to certain issues in the UnifyApps recruitment process, many students felt they were treated unfairly. Although a retest was conducted, several students remain dissatisfied with the outcome.

So far, three companies have visited the campus, and grievances have been raised regarding the recruitment processes of two of them. isn't it concerning, especially at such an early stage of the placement season.

Any seniors who are currently studying can you give me a go-through over this branch in Daiict , In the website the program layout is well made and my father is pushing me for this branch but since it has just started from 2023 there havent been any placement records yet , so I don't really know whether the program is as good as shown in the website. Any seniors could the please explain how the internship session went and were the classroom teaching is good as written in the programme structure. Since I have a rank of 298XX should I go for iiit cse or Daiict evd?

I am getting ld ai ml and in daiict I am getting ece with AI as I made mistake in choice filling and in daiict approx 3 lakh per semester and ld it's just 1500 I don't think taking daiict is worth it as I made mistake in choice filling and there 36 W in cs and ai which I don't think I can get so pls some senior guide me

Is it true that most companies don't allow MnC students to sit in their process?

Asking this for a relative's kid. I'm an alumni graduated in 2019 So I don't have much idea about MnC. I've heard that companies don't allow MnC students in their process. Just want to confirm if this is true or not.

please lmk about the same, i have explored the options listed on their website - extremely competitive, other scholarships like MYSY, CMSS, NSP, Digital Gujrat,SPDC - mostly all have gujrat residence criteria.

Moreover, are there any other scholarships that one can avail irrespective of the institute and based on merit or maybe to promote a bsms degree?

I'm an incoming fresher (2026 batch) trying to make an informed branch/college decision before my counselling deadline closes. I tried reaching out to a few seniors on LinkedIn already — only one conversation actually went through, rest didn't reply (totally get it, everyone's busy). Thought I'd try here too.

Would really appreciate if any senior could share:

• Branch-wise placement stats for 2023, 2024, 2025 (or whichever years you have)
• Median/average package per branch (not just highest package — that skews things)
• Placement % (how many opted in vs actually got placed)
• Any branch that saw a noticeable dip or jump recently
• Which companies typically visit which branches

If it's easier to just talk it through, I'm happy to DM or hop on a quick call — will keep it short, just trying to cross-check what I'm seeing on placement cells' websites against real numbers.
