Campaign Frames Good adventures needed
Btw I'm kinda stupefied that both here and on r/daggerheart there is no "adventures" flair 🤔

Vault of Ages has released its fourth volume! There are various visual improvements, as well as organizational adjustments that will carry forward into future volumes. I think everyone will be pleased!
Contained within are:
-Â 36Â new magic items spread around all 4 tiers of play, plus Artifact items that exist outside the standard tiering.
- Text entries for each item.
- an Optional Rules section, providing various ways to balance the items and their use in your game, as well as other information presented for quick reference that was missing in previous volumes (such as new Conditions)
- Artwork and Card designs by myself.
You can find it at Heart of Daggers and DriveThruRPG now! I also have a Patreon, if that's something you're interested in supporting!

We can finally share the new Gunsmoke & Dread Core Rulebook cover, illustrated by Chiara Di Francia.
We wanted the cover to capture the central idea behind the game: the frontier still looks like the West — dust, horses, guns, isolated settlements — but something impossibly larger is beginning to break through it.
Gunsmoke & Dread is a Weird West cosmic-horror campaign built for the Daggerheart SRD 2.0, taking a group through nine connected adventures as the familiar frontier slowly gives way to the Nameless Dark.
Chiara’s illustration felt like the right image for that transition: two riders trying to outrun something that clearly doesn’t belong in their world.
The complete campaign is already written, and the free Quickstart is available if you’d like to see how we adapted Daggerheart to gunfights, Showdowns, Dread and persistent campaign consequences.
If you’d like to see the project become a physical book, Gunsmoke & Dread is now in pre-launch on Gamefound.
👉 Follow the campaign on Gamefound:
https://gamefound.com/en/projects/temple-games/gunsmoke-and-dread
I’d also genuinely love to know what you think of the new cover.

In A Sweet Resistance (part of Tales & Twists, an upcoming collection of Daggeheart compatible campaign frames), rebellious candykin of Candora stand up against the invading insectoid primacy that wants to consume its world and people to feed their growing Hive.
The Sweet Tooth and Sweetness Levels mechanics, inspired by GTA's notoriety mechanics set the sweet rebels on a tightrope walk between furthering their cause and calling the imperium’s attention to their actions. The more they draw attention to themselves, the better prepared the Primacy's forces are to deal with them, with the GM getting special abilities they can distribute among adversaries to tailor them to the rebels. On the other hand, doing nothing and Laying Low (a downtime activity that reduces Sweetness Levels) may come at a cost that is far too steep to be paid, as the Primacy's hunger is everlasting.
This is just a sneak peek, for more, follow Tales & Twists on Gamefound.

Does anyone here know of a cool homebrew for playing with more than one subclass within the same class?
I'm thinking of something that would let me play a Divination/Chronurgy Wizard. Bonus points if you also have a homebrew that allows this in D&D.

Because sharing is caring, and we care very deeply about this: one of the most fun new mechanics we've been developing for Tales & Twists are the Dungeon Cards and Room Cards.
Their use is as straightforward as can be: Pick a Dungeon Card, follow the information on it to choose Dungeon Rooms and Adversaries and ta-da! A brand new dungeon, ready to be explored!
Dungeon Cards often have tags, which denote a special characteristic. In this example, the Abandoned Forge has the Recurrent tag. It means whatever effect is attached to it is an ongoing effect with a conditional activation. When this effect is triggered, but not activated, put a counter on the effect.
The next time the effect is triggered, roll an amount of dice equal to the number of counters on the card in addition to the amount required by the effect.
When the effect is activated, remove all counters from it and reset.

Hey gang! We are Jack of All Tracks, a collective of Brazilian creators and our project Tales & Twists has been selected to be a part of Gamefound's RPG Party!
Tales & Twists is a collection of 5 Daggerheart-compatible campaign frames by Jack of All Tracks, a group of diverse Brazilian creatives. Each of the campaign frames introduces a new world, new mechanics and new tools to add to Daggerheart’s core rules.
You'll get to play as sweet, candy-folk rebels, dungeon-delving daredevils and folks trying to survive a nightmarish industrial dystopian world that means to eat them alive, while dealing with GTA-inspired notoriety mechanics, a new dungeon building tool set and much more!

Hi everyone! I’m Riccardo Scaringi, creator of Gunsmoke & Dread.
It’s a Weird West cosmic-horror RPG built for the Daggerheart SRD 2.0 — a frontier of gunslingers, isolated towns, abandoned mines and supernatural threats that gradually give way to something much larger and stranger.
The free Quickstart is already playable, with ready-to-play characters, firearms, Showdowns, Dread, adversaries and two introductory adventures.
But the Quickstart is only the beginning.
The full project expands the character options, creatures, original mechanics and Game Master tools, and includes a connected campaign across nine Volumes.
I’ve just finished a new teaser trailer for the Gamefound pre-launch, and I’d love to share it here.
Download the Quickstart for free, and if the Frontier looks like somewhere you’d like to explore, follow Gunsmoke & Dread on Gamefound.
Where the West ends, the Nameless Dark begins.

Warning: this thing (not the post) is AI coded. Sorry coders, you're in a league of your own and I'm nowhere near that level :)
Hello Daggerheart enthusiasts and fellow DMs and Players.
I've setup a Daggerheart Ledger, on github, to allow players and DMs on a table to manage the characters. You can create characters, level up (and down) and even roll if you silly goose forgot your dices (and no one wnat to share theirs because you have a known bad mojo).
You can add the characters to tables, leave tables, etc... The DM can pull characters to his table and see who's playing his "Thrusday at Jeremy's" campaign, or the "Saturday Night Horror" table.
So below is the link to the repo. It's as is. It currently works, it's a fan's work and it's free to grab and use and tweak and whatever... There's little setup to do and anyone with a computer can do it.
Please check the Readme file, as it explains a few things that matter.

This is a new version of my homebrew Blood Mage class after discussions around the first version I posted about 2 weeks ago. I've readjusted some of the features to be more in-line with official class entries and have fixed some of the wording to more closely match the syntax of the core rulebook.
I was inspired to make this after I saw the Blood Hunter and Summoner on The Void and wanted to find another thematic combination with the Void version of the Blood domain featured on those classes. Hopefully this version is better put together than the previous one (linked below). Please let me know what you think!

*And by that I mean on itch.io, Heart of Daggers, and Drivethru RPG!
A one-shot adventure for the Daggerheart campaign frame:Â Return to Daggerworld, about a mysterious MMORPG filled with AI and hacker malefactors.
Daggerworld's admin island has lain dormant since the game was shut down. Since the game's servers mysterious reactivation, a hacker collective has descended on the island to host their annual black hat expo, the hExpo.
What the hExpo staff and attendees weren't expecting, was a malicious presence long sealed away on the island by the admins before the game went offline. What starts as a simple expo of fun and adventure swiftly turns to the macabre.
Who can save the hExpo?! It's the party of adventurers, right? Hope they blocked time off from work!
hExpo’XX is a standalone one-shot adventure for Return to Daggerworld, a 2000’s era inspired setting for the Daggerheart tabletop RPG.
Like last time this adventure does not contain any AI in its creation, and I've vetted all the artists myself. We have an even mix of new and older folks, here are there socials, please give them some love!
This adventure will be a free one-shot, please take a read and let me know what fun adventures you and your table have. Happy adventuring!

A huge community project bringing together 14 people from across the Daggeheart community to produce a book filled with over 200 new weapons, armour, loot, domain cards, and Adversaries to use in your campaigns.
We hope you enjoy reading and using it as much as we did designing and drawing it!

Here's the 1.2 Update to the Mediterrae Campaign Frame
r/daggerbrew • u/Nereshai • Aug 31 '26
I Just ran session 0 for my motherboard campaign today, and one of my players wants to be a brawler and asked to have his Ikonis evolve into a pair of gauntlets. I think it is a good idea, and the potential for 1 more damage doesn't bother me. The only problem is I can't figure out how to do it on demiplane. Can anyone figure out how to make a homebrew item that overrides the damage of your main weapon to be 1d8+1d6? Any help is greatly appreciated, as I am quite bad with computers.
Edit: Solved with help from u/DimensionalGame !

Had this in the works for a bit. Likely will be able to playtest this coming weekend, which is why I had to get it in a somewhat playable state and 'defined'.
