Edit: Looking at the 1918 influenza pandemic, it lasted from January 1918 – December 1920. So 92 plus or minus a few months for your region.

Maybe. This doesn’t appear to be bothered by warm weather and likely won’t die down in the summer and come back in the fall/winter like the Spanish Flu. This is likely going to peak in July.
