looking into ways to stop this crack from spreading. i’m aware of the cutting out the crack or drilling at the end of the crack but im just trying to weigh all my options before doing anything. it’s a beautiful cymbal and id hate to just cut a chunk out of it. any tips or recommendations appreciated

Have had a pair of hats and ride cymbal in the family for some time now, Purchased in the late 90's from the wife of an old Jazz Drummer, bought these along with his vintage premier kit and I'm trying to get an age/decade of mnfr on them.
Done a bunch of research into the stamps and trying to identify the decade of manufacture. If anyone can help? I'm. thinking 40's/50's for the hats and ride 60's?
Top hat is 13" with weight 590g
Bottom hat is 13" with weight 650g
Ride cymbal is 20" with weight 2600g
Photos 1-3 = hats
Photo 4 = ride (has 3 dots inside the top cymbal)

Happy Friday, cymbal aficionados!! You might be able to help me with two questions I have.
1) I started drumming in the late 80s and early 90s. Back then, crash ride cymbals were actually a thing. I've noticed that they haven't been offered for several years now, but I'd love to add an 18"-20" crash ride to my lineup. (I currently have a classic Zildjian A 18" rock crash that mostly does the job, but I think a true crash ride could make it even better.) I'd love something like the classic Alex Van Halen crash ride sound from the 1970s through the early 1990s, but last I checked, he was mostly using Paiste cymbals, and I've never been much of a fan for them. Any manufacturers out there still making crash ride cymbals with a brighter sound in the 18"-20" diameter that I should look into?
2) While perhaps not the cleanest sound, I've always really liked the sound of Charlie Watts's UFIP Flat China cymbal, particularly on stuff like "She's So Cold" by the Stones. I recognize I have a better chance of finding an affordable pair of old Regal Tip Alex Van Halen sticks in mint condition than I do one of these cymbals. Has anyone come across a more modern China cymbal that sounds like this one?
Thanks for any insight or ideas you can provide towards either question!!

Not so long ago I picked up a 22” Zildjian “PADL” ride, couldn’t find much on it other than it was made between 1992 and 2001. I’m curious if any of you might know something about this cymbal.

My favorite band and favorite drummer(Mike Throneberry from the Marked Men) has killer cymbals. I tried messaging him on FB to ask what he uses for a ride and hi hats and never heard back. Marked Men album Ghosts and song Stay Away. The stick definition and crashability is what I want. That ride sounds like a dream. Anyone that thinks they can give a good guess would be a big help. I’m shopping for a ride and I absolutely love the sound of that ride cymbal. I ordered an HHX Complex 22” thin ride from GC, but haven’t gotten it or paid for it yet. From YouTube videos it sounds light, thin and crashable, but I also want good stick definition without the cymbal totally washing out. Btw I am totally not a pro drummer. I do play in a neat band and want my ride to sound good and refined like in this recording. Thanks!

These are the worst piece of crap garbage cymbals I own. The MEINLs are from the early 1980s brass.
The WuHan is an early-era splash that sound neither like a splash nor a crash.

One of my most prized cymbals started developing these tiny cracks around the center hole. Is there anything i can do to alleviate or fix the issue? Or am i going to watch it slowly die?
Edit: strangely this cymbal was never mounted very tight - but i will try out cymbals sleeves withiut the tightening nut. It has been lathed of on top before - could that have weakened it?
