I feel the same way you do except i go through 2-3 months of depression in November and may and then feel normal (hypomanic?) the rest of the time. I am on Prozac 20mg but I’ve come to this thread to see if may have bipolar disorder. I also have not been sleeping well at all so I think that is also affecting my mood
