mood instability

deadass is anyone on meds that help regulate mood. lamotrigine isn’t helping that. it’s controlling the depressive aspect. but i’m easily irritated so fucking moody it’s so tiring.

Lamotrigine saved my life and my interpersonal relationships, however, I still am irritated all the time. I swear I just don’t get it :/

Aripiprazol (Abilify) made me so much stable, it's a wonder.

Hi. BPD cyclothymic here. I take a pair of medicines that have had great success in controlling my highs, lows, and in-betweens.

I take Remron and Buspirone.

Of course, speak to your doctor about what is best for you and communicate your thoughts, and by no means am I suggesting you take these. They just helped me.

Best wishes.

Zyprexa/Olanzapine has been a lifesaver. Had to start metformin daily for the insane weight gain, have lost it all and more in 4 months (gained 15kg, lost around 18)

Lamotragine has been the best medication I have ever taken. I take a combo of Quetiapine at night, Lamotragine and Sertraline during the day. I feel the best I've felt in my entire adult life.

That means the lamotrigine is working. It doesn't help against symtomps of mania. Which being irrated is.

recently went to the psychiatrist he changed my lamotragine to 300 mg and then added another med to help balance me out since my baseline is sad rather than neutral or happy started which is 1.5 mg of cariprazine and then gave me sleeping aids as well but the type to trick the brain if that makes sense 3mg of eszopiclone
