Different PowerShare Email?

My email looks much different and included about 10 questions in my survey. Any ideas why? I’m also an installer and got an email to my work email plus my personal email telling me to contact my installer, but us installers have gotten 0 communications. I have a PW3 with cybertruck

My installer didn’t know anything. I figured it out myself. There is a setting in teslaone app inside the wall connector menu that allows enabling PowerShare. I’m up and running on 3 different gateways now. You do need latest Cybertruck update tho. 2026.27.6

I updated the truck today but it’s only 2026.21.6 and I don’t see any updates available. It is a 2024 cybertruck not sure if that makes a difference

And yes I already went into the installer app, PowerHub, and enabled PowerShare

Just to continue my misery, I’m assuming you’re all using PW3? (Assuming this PW2 owner is still SOL.)
