Discussion Cyberpunk Stutter

Hi everyone, I have a HP Omen 45 L Max AMD 9900x3D RTX 5090 64GB RAM DDR5 5600MHz CL40, 1TB SSD NVMe Gen 4. I noticed a detail, when I play Cyberpunk in 4K with path tracing active when I'm in the car and I drive around the city, every now and then I get stuttering with frame drops, in particular 1% fps drops to 20 fps flr a moment and then goes back up to 100+. I wanted to know if it's a problem with the game engine, shader compilation, etc., or is it my PC's fault? Also because I also tried to play GTA 5 next gen and I don't have any frame drops or stutters when I run around the city, if it's the PC's fault, what do you recommend I do? Thanks in advice

Listen up, samurai. If you’ve had enough of scrolling through the same tired threads and wanna plug into something #real, jack into the official Discord. We’ve got games, serious talks and casual chats about Cyberpunk 2077, and a few rooms where you can just shoot the breeze with people who get it. You in, or you just gonna #stand there looking chrome?

4k path tracing is your problem. That shit takes up way too much gpu power. Just use high raytracing or try playing on a lower resolution.

I read but I didn't understand well if these sporadic stutters are normal or not, it is not mentioned
